Did you get to say, “We are NOT amused.”

  2. Beccy H Says:

    Looks wonderful.

It was Victoria who was not amused … Elizabeth was altogether more fun 🙂

  3. Ty Says:

All English queens are not amused.

  4. LupLun Says:

Your regal stare is first-rate. ^_^

  5. Gus Hinrich Says:

You look very nice. Probably better than Elizabeth.

  6. Re WIlliams Says:

Great sewing and great hair! Yes, you look better, and more comfortable, than all the paintings I’ve seen of Elizabeth.

  7. carriev Says:

If I do it’s because I’m wearing approximately 50 lbs less clothing than she was in most of her portraits…

  8. Claire Says:

I was wondering, is that a riding habit?

    It looks great.

  9. Lesley Says:

    That’s a lovely gown!
Also, OMG you’re a SCAdian! You don’t go to Pennsic, do you…? 🙂

  10. carriev Says:

Claire: It’s technically not a habit, just a skirt and doublet, but I could probably turn it into one pretty easily.

Lesley: I went to Pennsic about 7 years ago, and I really want to go back sometime soon. Maybe next year?

Loved this event! Hated the heat and bugs. And they should make you play queen more often. I loved begging you for more money and a ship when our team lost everything….*cough*
