There’s a level at which this can be seen as Pixar’s first horror film… Because boy, some of those images — scary!
I just told my mom that this film was made for people who love science fiction and musicals. Which makes me the target audience. I for one thought it was awfully good.

Horror movie? I guess if you count the physical state that the human race has come to in the movie.

I’ve heard much good about this one, so I’m looking forward to seeing it. Not enough to drag myself to a theater, though. I’m guessing the DVD bonus features will be good too.

Pixar often adds a whole new short to the DVD. Like the classic “Jack Jack Attack” on “The Incredibles.”

I saw it with my girls(8 and 5) on Friday. They liked it.I was disapointed with the visual effects. No way in the the same category as Nemo,Cars, or Monsters.

It was amazing!!! My wife cried (she is a big softy) >.> Couldn’t find what you would have thought of as horrifying images, though…
Oh, and the one we saw had a short before it about a stage magician, his two hats, and his rabbit.

I can’t decide if I want to see this one or not–though I’ve heard good things. My kids are just old enough they don’t want to see animated movies w/mom
And I’m not tempted enough to see it alone.
